Our Welding Fume Collector has several advantages over other fume extraction systems: Ten years with zero malfunctions, designed for a service life of twenty years. Independently developed cartridge filter, with a service life of up to 1 year or even longer, using imported materials such as Toray filtration material to make the filter cartridge, with high efficiency in filtering pollutants and high filtration grade(can filter dust with a minimum size of 0.3μm). Pure copper motor, copper core cable, with leakage protection and grounding protection to ensure user safety, meet European market access requirements. The whole machine is treated with rust prevention, and the exterior and interior of the body are all treated by powder coating process, the thickness of the powder is between 200-1000μm, and the machine will not rust even after long-term use in high temperature, humidity, and environments with corrosive gases. Easy to assemble. Support customization. Multilayer export packaging.
When choosing a fume extraction system, there are two types available in the market: Low vacuum pressure with High flow volume rate and High vacuum pressure with Low flow volume rate. Business owners in the welding field must understand their differences and choose the most suitable solution for their specific welding applications. Low vacuum high flow systems may have lower initial costs, while high vacuum low flow systems have higher upfront costs. Both systems require regular maintenance, including replacing cartridge filters and checking extraction efficiency. The correct fume and smoke extraction solution contributes to health and regulatory compliance, as well as the overall quality of welding work. Our Welding Fume Collector is very widely used, and it's suitable for a variety of welding processes, including TIG, GTAW, SMAW, Stick welding, Fluxed-Cored, FCAW, Robotic Welding, Aluminum Welding.

1. Can I avoid using a filtration extractor and instead collect my fumes through a wall mounted arm and blower that exhausts the fumes outdoors?
Yes you can. Local authorities, however, may place certain restrictions on this practice, so we advise checking with applicable agencies to ensure conformance with the government requirements.
2. How close should my fume extractor’s hood be to the welding arc?
Welding fume extraction hoods should be placed close enough to the welding arc to be effective, yet not so close as to distrub shielding gases perform its function.
3. How do I dispose of used filters?
Used filters can be easily removed from the extractors. We recommend the operator wearing gloves and protective eyewear, placing the removed filters into a trashbag;
However, before this, please make sure that the filter cartridge can still be used after cleaning and drying, because we manufacture the filter cartridge with the material that can be used again and again.
4. How do I know which extractor to choose?
There are several factors that determine the best extractor to use, including location, usage, materials, and quantity of smoke/fume produced. In general, however, this fume extractor is mainly used to remove smoke, not suitable for a large amount of dust working conditions.
5. How do I know which filters to use in my extractor?
We makes a wide variety of filters available that work in combination to provide the best possible filtration for your work application. Generally speaking, 95% smoke and fume suitable for use with cartridges style filter.
