Product Description

0.3μM Dust Filterable Automatic Cleaning Weld Fume Extractor Smoke Pollution Treatment Laminated Cartridge Filter

Product Description:

Our weld fume extractor has many advantages over other manufacturers. These advantages are listed below: 1. Ten years with zero malfunctions, designed for a service life of twenty years; 2. Ensure brand new, CE certified motors; 3. Independently developed cartridge filter, with a service life of up to 8 months, using imported materials such as Toray filtration material to make the filter cartridge, with high efficiency in filtering pollutants and high filtration grade(can filter dust with a minimum size of 0.3μm); 4. Pure copper motor, copper core cable, with leakage protection and grounding protection to ensure user safety, meet European market access requirements; 5. The weld fume extractor's independently developed cartridge filter is particularly noteworthy. It has a service life of up to 8 months and is made from high-quality imported material. Its high efficiency in filtering pollutants and high filtration grade allows it to filter dust with a minimum size of 0.3μm; Additionally, our weld fume extractor's pure copper motor, copper core cable, and grounded protection ensure a safe user experience that meets European market access requirements.

Due to the aforementioned advantages, our weld fume extractor is widely used and suitable for a variety of welding processes. These welding processes include TIG, GTAW, SMAW, Stick welding, Fluxed-Cored, FCAW, and Robotic Welding, Aluminum Welding.

FAQ:

  • 1. Can I avoid using a filtration extractor and instead collect my fumes through a wall mounted arm and blower that exhausts the fumes outdoors?
  • Yes you can. Local authorities, however, may place certain restrictions on this practice, so we advise checking with applicable agencies to ensure conformance with the government requirements.
  • 2. How close should my fume extractor’s hood be to the welding arc?
  • Welding fume extraction hoods should be placed close enough to the welding arc to be effective, yet not so close as to distrub shielding gases perform its function.
  • 3. How do I dispose of used filters?
  • Used filters can be easily removed from the extractors. We recommend the operator wearing gloves and protective eyewear, placing the removed filters into a trashbag;
  • However, before this, please make sure that the filter cartridge can still be used after cleaning and drying, because we manufacture the filter cartridge with the material that can be used again and again.
  • 4. How do I know which extractor to choose?
  • There are several factors that determine the best extractor to use, including location, usage, materials, and quantity of smoke/fume produced. In general, however, this fume extractor is mainly used to remove smoke, not suitable for a large amount of dust working conditions.
  • 5. How do I know which filters to use in my extractor?
  • We makes a wide variety of filters available that work in combination to provide the best possible filtration for your work application. Generally speaking, 95% smoke and fume suitable for use with cartridges style filter.
  • 6. Why should I use a fume extractor instead of an ambient (overhead) air cleaner?
  • Ambient air cleaners are effective supplements to fume extractors, but should be avoided as a primary tool for fume control. Due to its filtering properties and relatively high usage costs.
  • 7. Why should I use a fume extractor instead of placing fans in my shop to blow the fumes away from my welders?
  • The practice of using fans and blowers in this manner is called the dilution method, and while it is commonly used, this method may not effectively remove toxic particles from the air and cannot avoid being inhaled by workers.
