Compared to products from other manufacturers, our smoke extractors for welding have numerous benefits. We use brand new CE motors that provide high vacuum pressure. If needed, we also offer motors with even higher pressure capabilities. We developed a cartridge filter that can last up to a year. This filtration system uses imported materials, including Toray filtration material, providing high efficiency in filtering pollutants while achieving a high filtration grade. This filter can capture particles as small as 0.3μm. Our machines have a pure copper motor and copper core cable, which includes leakage protection and grounding protection. They ensure user safety and meet the access requirements of the European market. Furthermore, we provide a high-pressure centrifugal fan option to improve the vacuum pressure of the machine. The machine has good sealing, ensuring negative pressure and high air volume.

The entire machine undergoes rust prevention treatment, both inside and outside. We use a powder coating process with a thickness between 200-1000 μm, ensuring the machine will not rust even after extended use in high temperatures, humidity, and corrosive environments. Even if transported over long distances (1-2 months), we offer multilayer export packaging, eliminating any chances of damage. More about Dedusting/Pulse-jet cleaning function:

Model SBC, WBC, WFB could be installed with an automatic cleaning system. The equipment has a built-in differential pressure monitoring device. When the filter pressure reaches the specified value, the automatic anti-blow system will be activated and high-pressure back pulse jetting will be performed from the inside of the filter. The dust on the surface of the filter will be blown to the dust drawer, making the surface of the filter to be clean.

The equipment needs to be connected to compressed air, so customers need to prepare their own air compressors. The air compressor is connected to the equipment through a high-pressure hose and sucked from the bottom through high pressure. The automatic cleaning system of the machine ensures that the dust collector is always in good working condition.
